Ronnie Alderete
General Manager
Ronnie is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University,
San Luis Obispo. He majored in ag-business with a concentration
in marketing. Ronnie previously worked for Ocean Mist Farms marketing
department before joining Premium Packing, Inc in 1998. Ronnie
oversees the Central and Southern California harvesting and packing
operations of artichokes, broccoli, celery, rappini, and also the
value added packing shed. He is certified as a Red Cross First
Aid and CPR instructor, HACCP implementation, forklift instructor,
and drug & alcohol recognition for commercial drivers.
Jesse Alderete III
General Manager
Jesse is a graduate of Fresno State University with
a degree in ag-business. Jesse has been with the company since
2000 and oversees all Northern California operations, which includes
the harvest and packing of asparagus, blueberries, cherries, apples,
and pears.
Antonio Naranjo
Supervisor
Antonio has been with Premium Packing Inc. for 25 years. Antonio
has an extensive agricultural background and there is no commodity
in the Salinas Valley that he has not worked with. He is an integral
part of this company and can be counted on day in and day out.
Sabrina Alderete
Office Manager
Sabrina is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree
in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She
has been the office manager since 1996. Sabrina oversees all office
functions and maintains healthy relationships between our office
and the offices of our clients. She is also a certified pesticide
trainer and Public Notary for the state of California.
Marcy Sanchez
Employee Benefits/Human Resources
Marcy is in charge of employee benefits, workers safety, and workers
compensation. Marcy has been working with the Premium Packing Inc.
since 1993. She is very talented and has many credentials to justify
this. They include red Cross First Aid & CPR Instructor, Public
Notary, Pesticide Trainer, Safety Training for employees, HACCP
implementation, and Licensed Tax Preparer.
Elvia Resalado
Administrative Assistant
Elvia is responsible for many duties which include, but is not limited
to, answering phones, attending to employees, running errands, data
entry, and inputting payroll. Elvia is diversified in many areas
and has the talent to tackle just about any assignment.
Lupe Parra
Payroll
Lupe is Premium Packing, Inc.'s head payroll and invoicing clerk.
She is responsible for most of the payroll that Premium Packing,
Inc. incurs. Lupe has 5 years payroll experience and has worked
for some of the top agricultural companies in the area.
Carolina Gamboa
Payroll
Carolina is responsible for running much of Premium Packing’s
weekly payroll as well as administrating the Stockton office part
of the year. Not only is Carolina very efficient but a she
also brings a joy to all who work
with her.
