Premium Packing provides Consulting Services that are designed
to help your business find issues that may become future labor relation
problems. Our consultants bring their knowledge of industry best
practices to each consulting engagement, helping your organization
increase productivity, profitability and employee satisfaction.
- HACCP Plan Development: Premium Packing Inc.
can provide the necessary assistance to develop a working. HACCP
plan for your operation. Our experienced HACCP specialists can
establish an internal HACCP team in your company. Working with
this team, we can conduct a Hazard Analysis of your facility and
build a HACCP plan on the basic foundations of your operation.
- Existing HACCP Plan Review: If your operation
already has an established HACCP plan developed or has begun the
development of one, Premium Packing Inc.'s HACCP specialists can
provide you with a valuable "existing plan review".
After reviewing the plan and your operation for completeness,
effectiveness, and regulatory compliance, we will compile a report
of possible improvements.
- Plan Implementation/Training: The most difficult
part of HACCP is getting your employees who will use the plan
on a daily basis to understand and accept it. Premium Packing
Inc. can work with your employees teaching them their responsibilities
and assisting with the implementation of the plan. Both classroom
style and in-plant hands-on training techniques are used. Premium
Packing Inc. is certified as trainers by the National Seafood
HACCP Alliance and the Association of Food and Drug Officials.
- In-Plant HACCP Audits: Reviewing the written
HACCP document is one thing, but conducting an actual on-site
audit to see how well the plan is actually working (is it effective,
is it being used properly, etc.) is another. Premium Packing Inc.
can conduct in-plant audits of your facility and determine the
effectiveness of the actual workings of your HACCP plan and the
"prerequisite programs" such as the Sanitation GMPs
or the Low Acid Canned Foods requirements. It is required in the
new Mandatory Seafood HACCP regulation to verify the HACCP plan
"at least annually". As a third party, Premium Packing
Inc. can conduct this verification in the form of In-Plant HACCP
Audits.
- HACCP Training: Premium Packing Inc. can offer
full HACCP Training either in your plant or at our facility.
